Job Description:
Our EMT and PARAMEDIC shifts typically run 36 to 48 hours per week across all locations. We are a ground ambulance service. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, compassionate, and professional. We have great opportunities for growth and development!
Job Duties:
- Provide standard Critical Care Paramedic skills to care for patients.
- Maintain communication effectively and efficiently with Co-workers and dispatch.
- Clear and professional interactions and communication with Hospital and nursing staff.
- Deliver compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required).
- Paramedic Certification (Required).
- Critical care license ( Required).
- IDPH license (Preferred).
- Health care provider CPR Certification (Preferred).
Job Requirements:
- IDPH / NREMT Certification Required.
- MUST HAVE CRITICAL CARE LICENSE: REQUIRED.
- MUST HAVE PARAMEDIC LICENSE: REQUIRED
- Illinois Driver's license in good standing.
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
- Fit for duty ( push/pull / lift/ squat/ stand/ sit).
- Must pass Pre-Employment Physical.
